Irina Deleanu, the head of the Romanian RG Federation bought these leotards from the Russian Federation. There was an interview with her saying that leotards are expensive so she purchased them from the Russian RG Federation at a discount.

she did train in Novogorsk, but she doesn't train there permanently! She still mainly trains in Bucharest.

@TheLemonija, Yes this is one of Tchachina's old leotards. Alexandra also wears one of Tchachina's old leotards for her hoop routine.
