No. There is only one type of soldier. The whitish one you can see in the video is a presoldier, the immature stage prior to the soldier molt.

Heads up: That was a White Soldier, PreSoldiers cannot bite as their head is just like a jello mold without upper moving mouth parts. That allows them to go on to become a soilder,White soldier or digress back to a worker.
