  • I liked when the brown one took off around the side of the shed and then came running out again. So cute.

  • so cute to see them play.

    Very beautiful dogs.

  • Hi again - I plan to adopt a lab/lab-mix puppy (up to 1 year old) in February and am wondering if you have an suggestions as to what I should look for or avoid? Thanks!

  • I got Ralphy from a local breeder and was able to meet the mother, father, and entire litter. Zorro came from a great shelter in Vermont, the Second Chance Animal Shelter. If you have a good shelter near you you might want to ask for a young lab mix with a good temperament. The shelter people know the sweet temperament dogs and if you get the right person he/she can be of great help.

  • Thank you for the helpful information. And good luck with all the ticks - I hope Ralphy and Zorro aren't too uncomfortable!

  • I have absolutely loved watching all of the 'two best friends' videos! Hope to see more soon, and thank you!

  • Thank you. I really have fun making them. The dogs go through their play fight routines several times a day. One of these days I'll record our long morning walk. But when the weather is cool and nice they tend to disappear into the woods for an hour or so. Today they came back LOADED with ticks and the morning was spent removing them. That doesn't make for great video! Again, thanks.

  • what age are they n how u develop on them that muscles/

  • Ralphy is an English Labrador and they are all beefy and more muscular than the more common American Labs. He will be two years old this coming November (2007). Zorro is a shelter dog, probably around 3 or 4 years old but nobody is sure. He was an abused dog, returned to the shelter as a problem dog twice before we adopted him. Today he is a sweetheart, no longer afraid to be touched. The two dogs are truly best friends who love one another and play constantly.

  • is a labador retevier a good and strong dog?

  • A Labrador Retriever is a GREAT, playful, strong, loving and gentle dog. Ralphy is a constant joy.

  • Just one word! Fantastic!
