If the Vietnamese people could change the way they sell and serve street foods, it would be a country worth a visit for the world. Why am I say this? Because, everything else is great; except for the garbage being littered when people sell street foods. The government should do more to help and organize street food vendors, so that health hazard can be under control. The Vietnamese people need to pay more attention to keep the city and country they dearly love clean and clean!
@MrRug3ree I think because you barely know Viet, you should have refrained from that comment. What they're eating is called Banh Da Nuong in the northern region, but in the south we call it Banh Trang Nuong. Maybe you should get your culture right before you try to sound smart.

@wdptl thats sounds great!You'll have a great time.This time around for me Im starting in Siem Reap Cambodia for 6 days,Da Nang for Tet celebrations,( I know people there now from last year) for 8 or 9 days,then down to Saigon where Im going up the Mekong river for 6 days then back to Saigon till the 3 of March then back home to Calgary AB.Can. Last year I spent a week in Hanoi,two weeks in DaNang a week touring the Central Highlands then departed from Hanoi for home.I love Vietnam.
I wouldn't eat on the street... 5k haha..not clean..
