They are called the Hard MEtal System (english) or the Heavy Metal System. HMS for short. And they DO have plastic parts. But they still beat the shit out of the plastics. My Draciel MS shattered my Dragoon G's Weight disk, and smashed the hell out of Master Driger.

Yes it's called Metal Fight Beyblade and they're metal but not all metal. As far as smashing the plastic ones idk but i prefer the old beyblades.
