how come they didnt make the 3ds a slide screen and have three speakers or two anolog pads or maybe open screens wide enough to see in hd or intead of haveing a saving item inside hae a seperate port for a memory card so the game card could be all about the graphiccs and a small system hardrive or cooling fan to stop the lag on the graphics they could do that but there also aware that kids buy them but i want a system thats portable im waiting for your back fire on the sony psp vita

Thank you all who worked on this wonderfull game and the whole game series. The Zelda games have followed me through my entire life. I remember when I was a little nerd (about 3 years old) and played the very first Zelda game with my dad. It was wonderfull. And when OOT came out (I was maybe 4-5 then) that game has alone given me so many memories, but you guys on Nintendo has always topped that last experience, and now you've done it again.

When I saw the first trailer for Skyward Sword, it instantly reminded me of Wind Waker lol, but when i saw the little gameplay of the Zelda game for the Wii U, I was like "Holy shiz. @bubbah it depends on how you look at it. zelda is considered to be the best gaming franchise of all time by alot of people. every game is reviewed well and never criticized at all. and ocarina of time has won so many awards for best game of all time its not even funny. zelda time and time again wins awards for being the best in almost everything and to me that it successful

@TheBiggamer64 Yes, I hate how Aonuma is destroying Zelda. He admits to hating the original Zelda games, after all. In fact, he seems to hate action games in general, including Super Mario Bros.
Aonuma has in fact explained that he wants to turn Zelda into one of these text-based computer RPGs from ages ago. ("You are in a room. There are two doors, one to the right and one to the left" - "> Open left door" - "You open the door and enter a dimly lit room, etc. etc. etc.")
@bubbah I highly doubt the guy hates Zelda if he's been working on it for several years. Think about it, thats just not logical. Not everyone will be appealed to classic type games even like the Original Zelda. Heck, I don't even like it. The Zelda games keep getting better and better anyway. Why play the original when you could play the really good ones like Ocarina of Time, or Wind Waker, or Twilight Princess or even Skyward Sword?

@bubbah Its not always about the sales that make a good game, ya know. Sometimes a game will sell by the millions on the first day and it won't even be that good. (Modern Warfare 3) I wouldn't say Zelda's gone downhill at all in terms of its greatness. There's a lot of fun to be had with several of the games. Granted, I didn't like Majoras Mask. But Wind Waker and Twilight Princess were great fun. If you gave them a chance you'd like em just as much.

@bubbah I honestly don't see Zelda going anywhere for a long time. You seem to be unaware of the fact that this series has fans all over the world. Nintendo recently held an entire orcheastra in a theatre dedicated to the 25th anniversary. Thousands of hardcore zelda fans went to it and it was amazing. If a series can have that big of an affect on people for 25 years than it is the farthest thing from a bad game.
I am such a big fan of the Legend of Zelda series as I had my Dad paint my walls with pictures from the Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, I have also got all 16 of the main games either downloaded on a Nintendo console or hard copies of the games.
I have also got two copies of the Limited Edition Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Gold Bundle and I have got myself the Limited Edition Black and Gold Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Nintendo 3DS Console as well..

@ocdfreak Zelda TP sold pathetically compared to the likes of New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Wii Sports. Zelda simply doesn't sell very well. It certainly doesn't increase console sales, unlike Wii Sports and New Super Mario Bros. Wii.
@krazykillerhippo Not in Japan, and it sold like crazy. And people bought the Wii for Wii Sports in other parts of the world. Most people don't buy games for consoles. They buy the console with the games they want to play.
I haven't lived for 25 years but I have been playing since I was a little kid! Nintendo 64 was the one that started me off on The legend of Zelda... I hope to see more of Zelda's fine work from Nintendo & the people are so talented in this... When I saw the first trailer for Skyward Sword, it instantly reminded me of Wind Waker lol, but when i saw the little gameplay of the Zelda game for the Wii U, I was like "Holy shiz. THE GRAPHICS, THE GRAPHICS." xD I hope they continue to make the Zelda games for a reaaally long time. And if that Zelda game for the Wii U ever comes out, I'll totally buy that the day it comes out! Btw, SKYWARD SWORD COMES OUT TOMORROW!!!!! ALL CAPS RAGEEEE. :D:D

@TheBiggamer64 Yes, I hate how Aonuma is destroying Zelda. He admits to hating the original Zelda games, after all. In fact, he seems to hate action games in general, including Super Mario Bros.
Aonuma has in fact explained that he wants to turn Zelda into one of these text-based computer RPGs from ages ago. ("You are in a room. There are two doors, one to the right and one to the left" - "> Open left door" - "You open the door and enter a dimly lit room, etc. etc. etc.")

Not everyone will be appealed to classic type games even like the Original Zelda. Heck, I don't even like it. The Zelda games keep getting better and better anyway. Why play the original when you could play the really good ones like Ocarina of Time, or Wind Waker, or Twilight Princess or even Skyward Sword?

@bubbah Its not always about the sales that make a good game, ya know. Sometimes a game will sell by the millions on the first day and it won't even be that good. (Modern Warfare 3) I wouldn't say Zelda's gone downhill at all in terms of its greatness. There's a lot of fun to be had with several of the games. Granted, I didn't like Majoras Mask. But Wind Waker and Twilight Princess were great fun. If you gave them a chance you'd like em just as much.

@bubbah I honestly don't see Zelda going anywhere for a long time. You seem to be unaware of the fact that this series has fans all over the world. Nintendo recently held an entire orcheastra in a theatre dedicated to the 25th anniversary. Thousands of hardcore zelda fans went to it and it was amazing. If a series can have that big of an affect on people for 25 years than it is the farthest thing from a bad game.

I am such a big fan of the Legend of Zelda series as I had my Dad paint my walls with pictures from the Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, I have also got all 16 of the main games either downloaded on a Nintendo console or hard copies of the games.
I have also got two copies of the Limited Edition Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword Gold Bundle and I have got myself the Limited Edition Black and Gold Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Nintendo 3DS Console as well..

So Wii Sports sold Wii, not the other way around.

I haven't lived for 25 years but I have been playing since I was a little kid! Nintendo 64 was the one that started me off on The legend of Zelda... I hope to see more of Zelda's fine work from Nintendo & the people are so talented in this...
