tears are running.. i'm one of the survivors... never saw footage of the wreck.. a lot of it is coming back now

My point being was the dc 10 as accident record as much of a blemish on douglas safety reputation as the 188 electraprop was to lockheed's. Some people refused to fly on either after certian high profile incedents.
