Reagan was mislead because no on bothered to tell him that the original regulatory policies of FDR was compromised and eroded since the 50s, 60s, and 70s that resulted in him being mislead to further-deregulate an increasingly deregulated economy during his time. Reform and overhaul of regulation is not needed, re-imposition of FDR's original regulatory polices is only required with some slight changes to accomodate some changes in the 21st century socio-economic environment

He was FDR's close friend, secretary of treasury, and one of the creators of the New Deal. Even he said it wasn't working.

It is because Henry Ford is free to increase productivity through scientific-technological creativity and lower down costs simultaneously has allowed him to increase production and lower down costs that allowed him to be able to afford to raise the wages of his workers that turned them into consumers of their products and services, and that of ther industries and businesses.

That's not what people mean when they say "wealth doesn't trickle down". What they mean is that giving tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans doesn't employ more people, doesn't reduce the deficit, and doesn't stimulate the economy. This tax cut trickle down economics has been proved wrong by the Congressional Budget Office time and time again. You can read the CBO reports with a simple google search.

a consumer economy cannot exists without a producer economy because a consumer must have spending power earned by being a producer to consumer his products/services he is producing. we must become a manufacturing economy again through heavy high-technology industrialzation and re-industrialization and industrial expansion. We must have our own Uralmash similar to Russia's Factory of Factories. It is in the physical-economy and it's accompanying ancillaries that is where our money must go
