No this was a episode were Hyacinth & Richard were going 2 Onslo's Birthday party & they were getting a lift with 1 of Rose's gentelmen friends in his Limo so she invited people round before hand to a pre-luncheon cocktails and canape hour so they would see them have a lift in a Limo but of course she finds out there getting a lift in a Hearse hence the laughing from Hyacinth
