2)Seller's permit.

3)Business Licence.

4)Sellers TX ID. OR Have a corporation in order in order to buy it from the real whole seller.If you have an eBay store you need to collect TX so you need all those things yes or no please HELP.

You can get it for cheap on Ebay it's self!! if you have luck you bid on a cheap one and cell it for a lot more. But you have to have some luck. In Europe canon has a outlet store on Ebay where you can get camera's, printers, video camera's for supercheap! I got my Powershot S5 for 200 euro's. When I was in the states I saw that one in wallmarkt for $350!! Maybe that's a place to start. Ebay outlet stores.

Hi toke, with the sellers permit you can buy from distributors and wholesalers, but i suggest distributors, you need to compare your prices on ebay so you can see how competitive are the prices, and to see how much profit you can make.

Well firt off i have to thank you for the help youre givin us. I finally found the california state board of equilization and got the application for the permit. It's asking me for the names of my suppliers, the location of the business, and what is a partnership name? am i supposed to have suppliers ready? and how do i fill it out to where they know it will be a ebay business?

If you have a retail permit you will be able to get the items for 30%-40% discount from the distributors, the distributors are only allow to sell to retailers and wholesalers.

how are people able to sell things for so cheap? Do most people order directly from the company or do they go to goodwill and buy it for cheep and sell it for double or something?
