How did you find flying this as your first plane....took mine out yesterday for its "maiden flight" ended in a nose dive and cracked fuselage after some decent flying time wind was only a breeze but it was enough to blow it of course however was only flying half/three quaters power!??! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
I crashed it HARD on the maiden, glued it back together and was flying the next day. Just glue it back together with white gorilla glue or silicone, and try again, but fly for your 1st few times in ZERO winds, at early morning or just before sundown. you might have to glue it 2-4 times before you are good to go. goodluck
Hi thanks for reply!! I used Araldite two part epoxy(type stuff) last night and its didnt seem to glu I taped the tear closed aswell but it just didnt seem to stick and was a bit tacky still this morning....am now wondering whether i should use all purpose super glue and just try that instead!??! Other problem is is its a crack more than anything so its not two seprate parts and very uneven so its difficult to get the glue into place...any advice again would be great thanks for the video aswell.
don't use super glue, eat eats the foam, get white gorilla glue or use hot glue gun like I did. Take the 2 parts put the glue on both sides and ram them together tight, sometimes it seals so good you can even see the crack. trust me, you are watching a video of a plane that has been ripped in half 4 times. its glued in so many different places and still looks and flys just fine.
Yes you can, actually it's much easier to fly than the micro. It would be like flying the micro in slow motion.
