  • In my job i dont turn up , swear at my customers, show them their broken affects and say you need to get them of the van , when my cutomer asks what do i need to do to report them stolen, i dont call my boss and swear at them and tell my boss to F off! tell my cusotmer to F off. There is no need to be aggressive. . I understand its not the drivers fault for the damage .You saying you want to come to my job to mess with my day is a good example of this aggression

  • congratulations on making an ass of yourself

  • @upsguy71 If you had waited over a month for your stuff, it turns up brokeb, the driver was having bad day, he refused to take the stuff out or sign for anything and started swearing at me for no reason you too would be upset. There is no excuse if a customer is polite and nice for the river to have a bad attitutde as he hates his job

  • @Jefworldvideo Although the driver should have given you the number and generally provided better customer service, he didn't do anything wrong. He has no control over when the boxes get put on his route and how badly they may have been packaged or handled at WorldPort. But all in all, it would have been much easier for you to bite the bullet, and do a simple online search for the number. Would've been faster than shooting and uploading such a nonsense video.

  • ups, fedex, and dhl are all the worst. ship your packages by hand in the trunk of your car. especially overseas ones. just driver across the ocean and deliver them.

  • @audevourahn Good idea!!!! At least it would ahve turned up ok!

  • UPS sucks! FedEx is way better! Every time I have recieved something from UPS it's been damaged. The boxes look like they have been put through a shredder then run over! So if you can, go with FedEx!

  • why would you post a video of yourself being stupid??

  • Wow. It blows us drivers away to see this. The importance you put on the situation. How lucky you are to have had that driver. If you had a less experienced driver, you may have rattled him. Forcing him to back up to get away from you. And what if he ran into someone while backing. What's your culpability for that. Everything you did after getting the tag and truck number was for your own gratification.

  • if it was the shppers fault then they should have a standard for what they pick up. if the box doesnt meet their requirements then they should refuse it. most companies refuse to pay for damages that they cause even though they make millions in profit. i once had an issue and before i even told them anything they said they refuse to pay anything and it was over a 10 or 12 dollar label for customs that they didnt put on paperwork.

  • I guess the answer is no

  • No it was the not the shipper's fault but he refused to give information witch is screwed up.

  • When will you idiots learn. Shit rolls down hill. Service is sacrificed for production. Your threats don't work. We will not loose our job for a package. You can thank wall street, speculators and share holders for your crappy service. We do not have any emotional attachment to the shit inside your box. It belongs to UPS, take it up with them but your wasting your time complaining to the driver. His job is production and you are interfering with UPS profits. Welcome to the new world!!

  • I would have told this guy to fuck off, cherio

  • what a bitch that guy was not even talking

  • Nice just what I want some concerned neighbor with a video fallowing me around, taking up time I don't have! hard to tell how abnoctious this chap was when the camara wasnt on

  • He was probably angry cause you were pestering him about things that arent his problem...late and damaged packages may be UPS fault but not the drivers..he delivers the packages when the company puts them on his truck to deliver them.

  • 4eyedCyclopes. Absolutely right!

  • im sorry but i have to respond do you ppl realize we are timed on routes(USA) or its our ass .....fired ..so if serveice sucks please blame it on our managment

  • snitch!!!!his job already suckz now he has to deal with ur ass stupid white people

  • white people what the hell is that suppose to mean how the hell do know it was a white person

  • yeah it was a black guy in england. how is he white?

  • @TheForby thats right and if the driver was white and the customer was black they would be taking sides with the customer.

  • @danrichards23 really man? still playing the race card. get over it already..

  • @bigmogan Thank you. Its nothing to do with race or whether they male or female. Sadly what the video didnt show was they way the driver turned up, opened up the back and told me to Fing get my stuff off. Thats why it started! have a good christmas

  • racist much?

  • ups sucks

  • If its damaged, just refuse the shipment.

  • ups drivers are assholes.

  • @billconners

Some can be at times but I bet you can't do there job! They drive in ALL weather with no radio and no AC and sometimes their preloader misloads and they have to work extra long to deliver packages not on their route. If you are upset with UPS call customer service! Don't pester the drivers!

  • stupid video ,harrassing delivery driver for lousy box

  • Trying to block a cargo truck with your body isn't very bright... over what? A busted box?

You have his vehicle number - not that he did anything wrong. If your parcels were late, you might want to check what the guaranteed time in transit was. Oh.. that's right... there is no guarantee. And busted boxes? Was it UPS's fault, or the shipper's fault?

  • Thanks for your comment! I didnt catch the UPS guy on video beforehand shouting take the boxes of and not helping to deliver and screaming at his head office! Yes not good to stop the truck however you expect some level of service form them after being promsied they would deliver every day for a month! As regards damage shipper blames UPS , UPS blames shipper

  • @Jefworldvideo

his job is hard as fuck. besides, you don't know what those packages go through while being shipped.

what you were bitching about wasn't his problem, and putting a camera in someones face acting like a complete douche bag isn't going to help matters.

  • It's true. Pretty much everything gets broken inside the trailers. People make UPS look bad...but it happens with every company.

  • @komokaziboschetti so true. its not the drivers fault for a poorly packed box getting damaged. He would respect UPS if he worked in pre-load for even one day.
