Just because someone misspelled a word doesn't mean they can't spell it. Now, if we were communicating using Japanese, no one person should have trouble spelling a word by pronunciation, because words in Japanese are easy to spell.

I was talking about relevance concerning your rebuttal and its effectiveness (or lack thereof). You'd hardly believe it, but relevance does play a huge role in being convincing.
