hmm.. did a search... 35km/h = 22mph, Then you modify the exhaust, open up the exhaust port & widen the intake & free up any other air restrictions (Uni or K&N filter) should be able to reach 35-40mph.. not bad.. but pricey for what you get.

if the thing falls apart while you are driving it, it is NOT user error. If it explodes or the brakes are faulty/suddenly go, it is NOT your user error. That is all I am saying, you may crash, but its not necessarily your fault it you crash this thing.
