i can't pluck the 2nd string before the c chord because whenever my finger i son a chord it's silent when pluck it :(

try to keep ur fingers close to the frets, so that you have less action (less height to press down). Also start out very slow and speed up when you feel comfortable with the chords and changes. Takes time but once you get used to it you won't remember how you could've never been able to do it like that. Just like riding a bike ;) u never forget either
