I've yet to see a Mama Kin live video that is true to the record. The little intro solo is eliminated in all version. To me, it's a great set-up and I can't figure out why they blow those few bars off everytime?

I just commented on another live vid of Slash about how he always looks bored as hell live. I didn't know if it was just his lacking interest in playing anymore or his longing for GNR to get back. But this vid obviously shows that he still loves to play when it's with the right people!

@OmegaT6 I was at this gig, this song was about 4th on the set list, he came off and appeared at the side of the stage for the rest of the gig swigging from a bottle of jack and stayed there all night dancing with Liv Tyler. we were sat right at the edge and could see them behind the side curtain, at one point slash was sharing his jack with Billy Gibbons from zz top (who were the support act)
