The Show was a build up of Dawon And Joey growing up together, without growing apart. Which inevitably was the whole show, as it was always wrong timing. Kevin really dropped the ball on the final 5 minutes of Dawsons Creek. Reason for this? As good a writer as he is, he simply wasn't good enough to write an ending with D and J that lived up to the hype. He even said he wrote two scripts previous, in which both Dawson and Joey ended up together. Just once i would like to see a complete series.
