Some of them, JM included, were appointed to their respective benches. As for the legalities, sorry, but have to disagree. If D owes P $600+ for the bed and P owes D roughly $600 for rent, utilities, and D's share of dog expenses ordering hem 2 pay each other $600 is a waste of time b/c it's a wash. The decision are binding and all parties sign off.
