  • :o Baroque bows... AWESOME! :D

  • Wondermooi duo!

    Uiterst gedisciplineerd!

    Komt uit de'n buik!!

  • Truly my favorite piece by Vivaldi!

  • hasty indeed jajajajaja

  • Vivaldi certainly was a hasty little fellow in the early 1700's, wasn't he?

  • there using the classical bow, if you look closely the bow bends the opposite way, and holds true to the word "bow"

    i knew it looked odd...

  • @animeangela227

IM sure you meant to say it is baroque bow.. the classical bow came in about the 1800 hundreds, ....

  • Vivaldi <3

  • @XhibiChise Mucha suerte mañana, tienes todo mi apoyo!! te ira genial =)

  • Fabio Biondi has got to be (at least on the Internat'l scene) one of THE most under-rated violinists ever. He's got more talent in his little finger than most of the general cadre of "cookie-cutter" produced, styrofoam sounding 'fiddlers' out there. He is, to be sure, dedicated to re-asserting Italian music back on center-stage (esp. Vivaldi, who, lest we forget, inspired JS Bach(!) - no small feat), however unless I missed something, I would love to hear him play even non-Italian composers.

  • I like a lot the part wich begins at 03:09, especially from 3:30!! :D

    :)

  • perfect

  • Who is playing the 2nd Violin solo?

  • Biondi es a Vivaldi lo que Simon Rattle es Mahler.¡La revolución.!

  • wonderful piece, a bit too fast

  • too bad the quality of the sound is not good in this video :(

  • is that a clavichord?

  • @now7now I believe it is a harpsichord. :)

  • @Naethdren Yeah, thanks for answering! I love that harpsichord!

  • Incredibly fast!!!! How do they do it? Some people think fiddlers are cool because they can play fast, but these people can play complicated stuff faster!!!!!!!!!!

  • What kind of bows are they using?

  • Comment removed

  • @lostinyoureyes1860 i belive they are baroque bows ... and the violins too.

  • I love how the bassplayers use slapping. Historic informed practice, yey!

  • Too fast, but amazing skills

  • WOW ... i love this piece ... i play it myself - on the church organ (:

  • That's an awesome performance :-) I love how fast is has been played!

  • wow he's using German bow?

  • @mymymyweb geraman bow indeed

  • too fast but i like it.

  • i like the force they play with, but sometimes they really make it too ridicoulkus with these variations...

  • tooo fast!!!

  • bravi entrambi!

  • Wonderful performance! Congratulations!

  • very nice end phenomenal implementation good work

  • it's amazing how fast they play it, and yet have so much clarity at the same time.... GO BAROQUE MUSIC!! :P
