@df121759 The person shooting the video has no idea how to have a conversation or how to ask a question which is likely to illicit a respnce. Instead this person speaks in a manor which would piss off anyone even a cop.
These cops though just stay silent rather than talking to mr idiot here. I guess you can say they exercised their right to remain silent.
Also no law in CA that requires police to ID, wear a name plate, or even a badge (except when making an arrest).
