There is something called "proximity" in English Grammar. "BOW TIE KEEP YOUR ELECTION PROMISE" A 10-year-old boy will understand that it is a direct order sentence from the opposition. When Bow Tie pointed that "s" was missing, he did not correct "YOUR" to "HIS". Then Bow Tie's sentence becomes "BOW TIE KEEPS YOUR ELECTION PROMISE" which does not make any sense at all.

It's not about Hong'er or English speaking people. It's about common sense which is something you "don't give..."
