I am happy to walk you through the bloodline. You forget that Sun Ching Ling was his second wife.
Dr. Sun had several children with his first wife, of which Dr. Sun Fo (Sun Ke) was his only son. Sun Ke is Nora Sun's father.
Dr. Sun Ke used to be the Premier of the R.O.C. so if you check your history you will know this to be true. Go to wikipedia and look up "sun fo"

I forgot to mention Dr. Sun Yat Sen's first wife, Lú Mùzhēn, had three children. His second wife, Soong Ching Ling (who is more famous) had no children.
