I actually had no trouble deciding (I bought ver. A) but now I wish I had bought the repackaged version. I liked seeing the photos in ver. B, I wasn't able to find any reviews of either cd before I bought mine. The problem I had with this booklet was that it was poorly glued. I looked through it twice and already all the pages were falling out. Now a total of 13 pages, almost the whole thing, are completely detatched. : P I've heard that a couple other people have also had this problem.

i got CD A, but the back inside cover is different from yours. and the whole thing broke once i opened it. i still like the album, but i sorta regret getting the A version now that i see that the B version looks nicer... ;(

Oh my gosh haha we got the same card Onew! Im so glad I got Onew I love him<3 I love A's artsy style very cool. I love the inside of B, but I don't like the up close shot of B's cover.

@virgo321 i don't think they come with a photocard anymore. I checked yesasia and it's not listed anymore with a card. You might still be able to find it somewhere so i would recommend to read the description very carefully

@Shoaquin it's a mix. the song titles are in English, if an English word is used then that is in English. The rest is in Korean

Korean music products at YesAsia.com are sourced from distributors in Korea, and are reflected on the GAON Music Chart owned by the Korea Music Content Industry Association.

hey majinoni just wanted to tell you that the hong kong photo book deluxe edition is just like the korea version no difference at all the 44 deluxe photobook is just the album photo's :)

@Escalade9797 the folder version is usually the HK version and it's a plastic file sleeve. Meaning you can put paper inside it and it protects it.

Thanks for showing both versions. I got version A, and the Minho trading card. While it would have been nice if the pictures were clearer, the gritty effect goes well with their overall concept. After watching this though, I wish I would have gotten B b/c I prefer the candid shots, it makes it more... I dunno... personal?

eugh i just got my version b. personally i thought it looked rather cheap (the photo arrangements were not eye pleasing at all). i like the idea of it showing SHINee's playful side aside to Lucifer's serious concept, but it just looked very messy. overall version A, with its official photos and the card, was my favourite. version A is also the version that supports SHINee on charts and such

I thought the quality of the photo's wasnt really good.

The paper makes the photo's look a little, tiny bit blurry.

Also the effect of the scribbling... very o.o

Anyways. I like A better cause theyre concept photo's XD

my friend from hong kong recently helped me buy the Lucifer album.

She got me the Lucifer version A album, and personally from what ive seen in this video, I think the A version is better. Even though the splatter concept may seem messy, the pictures are with the Lucifer... clothing concept.. (if that makes sense.) i got the taemin photocard too XD

oh but i wish the pages were on glossy paper :( theyre just on like...cardboard material

I prefer version A better because I like artistic stuff... it looks better and plus the trading card too. But version B does look bigger and lots of more pages... I still prefer version A better. Most of their songs for this album is also alright too, but it feels like a repackage is coming soon. this is why you should not chose either. ^_^ I mean, come on, SM Ent. always have repackage albums like with SNSD & Super Junior this year... isn't it obvious that Shinee will come out with a new one.

I have B and I really like it. Just so you know the CD doesn't come off of the rubber stopper in mine. stays just fine. So it might be random if you get one well made that will stick or not.

thanks for the review. now i know how each look like. and yea i love how they make their cds but HATE HATE how it holds the actual cd. so i usually just put it in a cd sleeve. my pick i would go for the version B, even though it doesnt come with the trading card the pics are much better. alot better than version A whish seems more like their concept they are aiming for. looking forward to more reviews.

i think YESASIA were having a problem with the LUCIFER album

i ordered version A on July 28th...im still waiting (they shipped it on Aug 9th)

i picked version A cuz i really like the photography style, their Romeo

album was like that too...ver B reminds me of their first album AMIGO the repackaged version, cuz it also had a lot of backstage and privet pictures

and u got ONEW for ur trading card...i better get MINHO or TAEMIN

@2law2be mine took FOREVER to arrive and i had to different packages shipped a couple days apart. since they both arrived on the same day i'm blaming customs for part of the delay. i know my shipments also had extra delays because a bunch of cd's had different ship dates so i said wait until they were all ready. -_-;;
