Have you ever heard of Death Metal, Black Metal, Doom Metal and all of its subgenres? You are the new metalhead kid. Obituary is Old School Death Metal, formed in the early 80's, IT'S NOT SCREAMO. They used to be good back in the 90's when Chris Barnes was their vocalist, but after Corpsegrinder joined the band, they became more mainstream so i have to agree with you on that. You should also thank Metallica, Manowar, Mastodon, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle Of Filth and Children of Bodom for starting this mainstream movement. which ruined metal.

a 9 is actuality pretty good there have been game just as good that haven't broken 8 plus if you just play story mode straight through the games pretty short but the challenges are kinda repetitive and some few missing basic mechanics are the only things keeping it from a ten so thats actually a really good review

The graphics are incredible and the game fun. I love Ophelia and Lita. It's not perfect, commanding your army is frustrating and the levels near the end of the game is extremely hard.

It's well made I suppose but as a fan of Jack Black and some metal I found the gameplay really boring, but then I've never liked hack n slashers. "Go here, mash button til all enemies die. Go there, mash button til all enemies die". I suppose if you're into that kind of gameplay you'd enjoy this game but to say it's almost a perfect game is a little over the top I think.

I'm kind of torn between getting this, bulletstorm or Assassins creed. They all score farely equal on my awesomeness scale and the price isn't really a problem, so I was hoping to get one with longer playtime so I don't end up beating it in 15 minutes and having to save up for another month bored as hell.

Wasn't it from ign, i would never have known about super meat boy, but i would have bought shitty games like duke nukem forever and dark void ( i know they are bad, i played them.) Of cours, the only opinion that matters is yours when you play a game, but so far, ign has been guiding me in the right direction.
