how much hp is 240 whp then? isn't there a percentage that is lost on the dyno?

GM lst the cars as 260/260 (crank HP) but most cobalt's seem to dyno in the 235-240 WHP range w/ 245-255 W torque.

GM understated its peformance numbers honestly imo. My friends RL stock only dyno'd @ 224 WHP and 253 WHP w/ GM Tune.

nice numbers. 15whp for just the downpipe is not bad at all. maybe with an intake and exhaust too will bring you to 270whp or more.
