  • THE SOUND IS GREAT!!!

  • a real road bike, just like my xs650 chop, its cool bro.

  • Where was this video shot at? It looks ridiculously familiar...

  • Is that a European or a US model ? And do you know what year the best xs650 was prodused in? Because i am buying one pretty soon... And i need to know witch model i have to look for ?

    (Its a chopper/bobber project)

    Evil ride tho !

  • They're all good. 1980 and newer are electronic ignition tho.

  • I had a 71 XS 650 and I think they made it a year or two before 71. Mine was maroon with a front disk brake. I had a friend that had a blue 72. They are very cool bikes. They sound like a triumph, but are more dependable

  • 71 XS were gold and white with front drum brake. Disc brake were introduced in 72 and they were red/marron and white with electric starter. If you're friend have a blue one, it's a 73 TX650.

  • What kinda bike is that?! Damn that's cool!

  • Yamaha xs650

  • xs650 MAN!!!Beautiful bike! NiceJob. White walls are the way to go.. If you dig xs650's check out my blog xs650chopper[dot]com

  • XS650 MAN!! nice bike.. Well done.. White walls are the way to go..

  • That is a badass old school bobber!! =D

  • very cool!!!

  • very nice

  • I agree, very cool bike...but....keep it old school and kick it!...I took the electric start off my 82 wideglide when I put a 3" open primary on it, Im 100% old school kicking now.

  • Yeah, I'm all for the old school kick start. But we built this bike to sell and we kept the electric start so if someone would prefer to have it they would not have to hook it all up. Thanks for the compliments everyone!

  • lol, thats cool, I have friend that builds a bike here and there as a hobby, then sells it to payfor another bike build, thats one way to pay for a hobby. I was just razzzin ya about the electric start :) I know ya gotta do what ya gotta do. There are Bikers...then there are those who ride a motorcycle. Im not a 1%'er but im not a weekend fair weather rider either. Nice build on the bike, and I hope you post more of your builds.

  • hey what year is the bike?

  • The tall skinny wheel in the back looks good!

  • Agree.

I've been noticing from some time that skinny wheels are very cool.

Try to check a bike that was built for a "great biker build off" episode: Billy Lane vs Mike Brown, the last one made a really cool skinny rear wheel bike.

  • thats a nice old skoot bro, is it for sale?

  • its sold sorry.

  • sick bike

  • awesome bike man!

  • Beautiful bike! NiceJob. Do you build these bikes on the original frame or on an after market?

  • I saw this bike just sold on e-bay...stock frame, 4" stretch, stock neck and front end. these fellas know how to build 'em.
