Keith would probably take "rhythmic prolonged fit" as a compliment. I've met and had more than a couple of workshops with him. Keith is not only a master of body percussion, he is able to teach and inspire others to learn which many talented artists cannot.

And as for it being a bit silly...why would you do something like body percussion and be serious? It's fun!
