  • @Butterfly15323 yeah i"ve seen them live...They're fucking great man!

  • People say metallica sold out by trying something new, like the load and reload albums and in my opinion are one of their best albums. They are so underrated, most of the songs on there are insanely good. All metallica songs great from enter sandman to outlaw torn. but yes metallica did sell out... they sold out ever concert they played. Metallica for ever!

  • DAVE MUSTAINE IS A LOSER? WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU? Last I checked this loser guy made a band, second most successful to Metallica! And that bands first album, destroyed Kill 'Em All, is sales, popularity, and in Musicianship. Don't kid yourself, Metallica has Kirk, the guy who sticks to e flat minor scales, overuses the fucking wha wha, and has the most retarded vibrato ever. And who did Dave get, Poland, Broderick, Marty Friedman, Nuff said. I like OLD Metallica, but don't talk shit about Dave.

  • Man you are fucking RIGHT!

I´m just not sure if Megadeth is second to Metallica..I mean, from a Heavy Metal point of view, Megadeth has always been more metal than Tallica....(ok, tallica sell more albums I guess, but they´re more mainstream)

I wish I WAS A "LOSER" like Dave, and had a band call Megadeth with albums like PS - RIP - CTE - ENDGAME!!

(Btw = Dave = AWESOME GUITAR PLAYER)

  • Ya man I was referring to album sales. I thank Metallica for the first 5 classic albums they put out, but I admire Megadeth so much more for their continuing dedication to metal.

  • You think Metallica is the most successful band, ever? and Megadeth 2nd?!?!?!? you must be outta your mind dude.

Megadeth have sold like 20+ Million albums WW tops.

  • I was referring to the thrash 4. Not the entire fucking music charts. Jesus if I wanted to go there I would say the Metallica is second only to the jonas brothers in album sales :p

  • Ahh fair do's, then yehh you were right. Haha, nahh 'Tallica are way further down the line :D

I do like them btw, they're just not one of the best selling music acts.

  • its fucking heavy how jason play the intro

  • Just how it should be. James, Kirk, Lars and Jason. Not that I have anything against Rob, who does rock.

Dave Mustaine is a loser though.

  • Oh and another thing... Can anyone else see the MAJOR resemblance between Kirk and Hendrix in this video. I mean I know that Kirk was going for the look back then.. but h0ly shit he hit on the head that day... lmfao?

  • FUck I loved that. I remember that did something like that with the kcik going getting the crowd going in '04 at Brisbane, AUstralia. Can't get enough of that shit I tell ya....

  • best song ever

  • holy fucking shit they look so powerful!!

  • Why Newsted has never played bass solo before that song?

  • He broke his leg in a car accident the day before. He was in the hospital thats why they had a diffrent one.

  • good solo in the end...

  • lars cant get enough of those cymbals and tom toms

  • they used a lot of distortion in the guitars

  • So What ?:D

  • your right

  • this is a great vodeo isnt it??????

  • I Think Kirk Just Fucked the Guitar at the end ...

He knows how to play such a fucking Solo ...

  • I was there lol what a day/night awesome display of guitar playin. Tooo much beer and other stuff. Raining piss bottles out of the sky. What a line up man cost you a fortune these days to see one group never mind this line.

  • I there, it was my first concert. The bottle fight during Battery was awsome. Everything that was desposable went into the air, i actualy shit myself!!!!

  • es la mejor presentacion de for whom the bell tolls, excelente

  • 5* METALLICA!

  • I agree...the effects really have never gone over well with me. I think it takes away from the lurking characteristic of the bass line. I'm not trying to draw comparisons, but the original effect conceived by Cliff was more of a suspenseful, lurking line, like you were about to have your head blown off by thunderous doom, all while still having that groove that he had. I'm all for players making pieces their own, but when it detracts from the original intent of the composer, it bothers me.

  • maaaaaan that would lift bthe hairs on the back of your neck triffic qaulity

  • Metallica were easily the best of the day. AC/DC couldn't follow this greatness. These were the days before bloated songwriting and sheer arrogance spoiled an otherwise flawless reign in metal. Though there were some great songs on the black album, even back in 1991, I knew that the rot had begun. Still, the setlist that day was awesome. I remember highlight after highlight. The sound was bone-crunching, the crowd was something like 70,000-strong. Then the bottles of urine began to fly...

  • Couldn't follow? AC/DC came first!!!!

Now I Love Metallica dude... but honestly AC/DC is better

  • @Chinhealer _ Damn right mate! Still one of the best gigs i ever went to, Metallica Killed it, shoulda been headliners that year... imo. Everyone who was there will remember the bottles flying around, actually some where more like barrels ..lol

    Great memories indeed .......

  • it's THE fucking good song of METALLICA!!!!

  • THE?!

WTF is THE supposed to mean?

  • oh my god,.... this song is very fucking great.!.

  • Awesome quality!!!

  • this was in denmark, right?

  • no, it was in the U.K

  • its a shame lars ulrich is such a twat :-(

  • It's a shame that you are such a twat

  • its a shame lars ulrich actively pursued suing his own fans!the guy is a jumped up prick.

  • i was at this gig, i wish the lads had headlined it though, not keen on ac/dc

  • This is the day that i was born 8/17/91

  • Then you were born under a luky star man !

  • Fucking hell I was at this concert amazing youtube. Glorious days I was just 15 I think, that day we saw Black crowes, queensryche, Motley crew, metallica and ACDC best concert of my life.

  • Another 'I woz there too'.Great Gig. Much as I love AC/DC, this lot blew them off the stage. Everyone was on top form, Crowes and Crue next best. Now, wonder if they on here somewhere...?

  • Well... I wasn't there... But from the Videos I've seen it looked like AC/DC did just as good as metallica... maybe loosing energy a little at the end though...

  • I was there. AC/DC were good. But not as good as this. Honest. And I was there to see them.

Black Crowes, Queensryche, Motley Crue, Metallica, AC/DC. Not a bad day out in all...

  • yea!
