I remember the time, they definitely had technical difficulties on and off. When I visited 2009, I didn't see pinnocchio either...even Dragon...and I got really disappointed because i wanted to show my boyfriend to see how fantastic this show is! It's his first time to see Fantasmic! by the way. When we saw some skipping scenes, i explained to him it's not the way it should be! but now the whole show was back! better than before! I haven't seen a new dragon yet, so I'm looking forward to it!

LOL the only problem when I went there last month was the fire from the dragon at mickeys finale before and after the boat. Good thing it didn't happen when mickeys boat was passing through... But it made the show more awesome with the fireworks and fire together. Loved the show

when i was there mid june the show was perfect in all it's pride and glory, i was disappointed though because world of color is better. still awesome show

the show is cursed because of murphy. the same mishaps happened last saturday on my trip there. it was such a disappointment because in all the years i've visited (i've been going to disneyland since i was 2, and i'm 21 now), this is the first time ever that i've seen fantasmic in its imperfection. disney needs to get rid of that dragon fast and get a new one pronto, or hire new employees?

@H0Tcheetoqueen it's not the employees fault. no need to fire them for an unexpected technical mishap. Murphy works fine, at least it was when i was there a few weeks ago and i was walking by the show. Disney will eventually fix all of the problems and Murphy and the rest of the show will be perfect.

@gameplayer951 that dragon is gone, it hasn't made an appearance since the beginning of august. and yes, it is the employees fault if they can't get their stuff together. if Disney's "fixing" the problems then their moving at an even slower pace because these "mistakes" have been going on since last year and are still happening.

course not. this was the first show, but it wasnt pushed back. right after this, usually you have 20 mins to get over to the castle. so, right after this, the fireworks started

Last time I saw this show, Pinnocchio was broken he was just standing there looking like a scare crow. Same for the girls next to him. My jaw was down the whole time his part was on.

You know what? I honestly don't mind that they had technical dificulties. For me, it just means that they've been trying really hard to bring us the best of the best! And come on, even Disney isn't perfect, but they're as close as it gets!

oh. well, generally, hardcore fans wait between 30 mins and an hour to get a great seat. i once waited 30 mins, and i got an awesome seat! but if you dont want to wait that long, try to find a place where you can still see the show, like where i was

i went on a slow day they closed at 8 and still had fantasmic cus they had no parade or fireworks. i had a really good seat even tho i was 10 mins late.

i work at the popcorn/churro/lemonade cart in new orleans so im there like every night. crazy people wait from 4:30 on. the tip i tell people is that the 10:30 show has less people. after the fireworks the clear everyone out of the area so noone stays in the good spots twice. :] so watch the 10:30 showing and get there 15 minutes early, or after they are done clearing out. :]

Good news is that Murphy (the dragon) has completed the necesssary repairs which included rebuilding some parts in the inside. There is a target debut date of August 16th. It can change so I'll keep you all posted when I get more up to date info.

June 21st was the original date. Then they tried to shoot for July 4th. Obviously that didn't happen. Now I'm hearing either the 25th or 17th of July. The 17th would be more fitting since that is the 54th anniversary of Disneyland.
