Such fascination with essentially an error when we try to measure the C and D of a theoretical circle. In reality the perfect circle doesn't exist. PI depends on how precisely you measure the C and D of a real circle. If you measure with the granularity of a hydrogen atom PI will be different than if you measured with an electron. This problem is that to include "every possible sequence of numbers" it would arguably have to include within its own infinite length infinite strings of 0 repeating, infinite strings of 1 repeating, etc. as well as every possible infinite sequence of numerical patterns. One section would have to be 1234567891011121314....etc. ad infinitum.
