@TheAlefredo realm,ente no me había puesto a ensar en eso, creo que puedes usar cuantos modulos quieras, PERO debes tomer en cuenta que debe ser número par (por ejemplo, en lugar de 12, usa 10 o 14 o 16 y así).

@Itzetukitukigahakiki es una buena pregunta... realmente no me he puesto a pensar ni experimentar eso de ponerle un módulo más, pero creo que es posible. quizá lo mejor sea añadirle módulos en pares, o sea de 12 a 14 y luego 16, para que quede simétrico. Pro es cuestión de que tú experientes. si te queda chido sube un video respuesta pa que lo podamos ver ;D

@the2masteryou El papel no es más que papel común y corriente que pides en las papelerías. Lo que hago con las hojas rectangulares es cortarlas a cuadrangulaes.

@moonycircle did you TURN the complete figure? if you didnt you shold do it till you get the image that´s shown in 8:15. Otherwise i may not be able to help you unless i see your complete figure

mas o menos de ke medida me recomiendas el papel y que tipo de papel usas ?

ps el papel es el papel bond, solo ve a la papeleria de tu casa mas cercana y pide el color que tu desees. de eso no hay problema.

de la medida del papel yo uso cuadrados de 21X21cm. y ps la verdad recomiendo usar dimensiones de 15 a 21 cm para comodidad con el menajo del papel con tus manos

el tamaño no es tan insdipensable... puedes usar cualuiqer tipo de tamaño pero DEBEN ser cuadradas las hojas.

no, en este modelo no uso NADA extra mas que mis manos y el papel para hacer el ensamblado. Solo pon mucha atencion al video. Normalmente, si no tienes experiencia, la primera vez que armes la figura, quizá no te quede, pero con mucha atencion en este video creo que es mas facil hacerla.

i actually learn all this origami the same way you learned to do the swan. by watching outube videos.

I´ve tried using origami books but they are too complicated to follow. i prefer to watch these videos 8D

What i do is wathc the videos and if i find an orginami that is valuable and beautiful i make the tutorial for everyone else.

and i obviously try t make a better video than the one i wacthed.

hm.... this is a easy modular origami.... I've made origami with 90modules... 500modules.... so I think this is a easy and nice origami...

This kind of origami is called MODULAR origami, which consists in making modules (or parts) to make a bigger figure out of them.

I hope you finish to make this one and post a video response :D

the part where you start putting them together and everything after that.and i tried using small pieces of paper but it didn't work

the papers i used where about 2in.^2

as you can see, the (green) module has 3 triangles on top the thing you need to do is to INSERT either the first or third triangle into the pocket of another module (brown) as shown at 4:08. Then insert the las triangle of the brown module into the NEXT green module and so on. When you have finished joining the modules, you need to make a RING and join the last and the first modules just in the same way you joined the rest.
