That fucking idiot that films this needs to stfu with his sighs & irritating boring ass voice... I can't fucking hear what Steve Cotter says because of his mumbling... Stupid fuck!
he should stop fucking around and go to special forces selection already- i have no doubt in my mind that he would make it and serve as a phenomonal operator.
Steve is amazing. You should see him doing jumping one legged squats off of a table (pistols). I don't know what the vid is called, but it is here on youtube.
For amazing calisthenics moves check out BarStarzz. BarStarzz is a workout team that's works solely through calisthenics. We separate ourselves from others with exceptional strength and creativity. We developed a workout regimen that's great for losing weight, bulking up, definition, and strength.
These exercises should never be performed without first properly conditioning the wrists and hands. To condition, start with knuckle push-ups. Try building up to 2 sets of 50 and then 2 sets of 100. Consult a physician before performing any rigorous exercise and track down a good internal martial arts instructor if you want to learn more about how to safely strengthen the body...
I'm in awe. He wasn't even breathing hard after doing that!! He does come across as a very nice approachable guy. I have his Extreme Kettlebell workout, and the more I see, the more I admire him.
He seems like a really nice guy, and he's probably one of most impressive physical culturalists alive. I'd love to get down on a seminar, as I found his Encyclopedia of Kettlebell Lifting very helpful and thorough.
I have a friend who learned this sequence from Cotter at a seminar, and it sounded incredibly cool. Man, Cotter is really something, isn't he? I HAVE to find time to attend one of his seminars!
Amazing Grace!
