  • These exercises should never be performed without first properly conditioning the wrists and hands. To condition, start with knuckle push-ups. Try building up to 2 sets of 50 and then 2 sets of 100. Consult a physician before performing any rigorous exercise and track down a good internal martial arts instructor if you want to learn more about how to safely strengthen the body...

  • I have a friend who learned this sequence from Cotter at a seminar, and it sounded incredibly cool. Man, Cotter is really something, isn't he? I HAVE to find time to attend one of his seminars!
