I see you are using a SBM20 tube, mabe it is interesting for you:
If you want to know the correct radiation: 15 Click per Minute = 0,1 uSv/h.

Follow the link at the beginning of the video to find the schematic (and more information). It's a very low low power Geiger counter ! (0.08 or 0.2 mA with 5v)
