I'm curious -- did you use sony vegas for all the post processing or did you use vegas and also adobe after effects? The comment is ambiguous and I wanted to know if there was something that vegas does that adobe after effects can't do. Anyway, really impressive work.

I'm usually not a hater, but I'd love to say this sucks :D

It'd be better making your effects in pivot, because you'll practice real good for general animation. Also the main easing and spacing was a bit wrong. Please check out some animating forums and it's tutorials so you can improve and actually learn to really animate. I helped you here, btw .__.
