Lol, I figured this all by my self just for UR help. The rope your supposed to go back to that world thing and then u know that arrow thing? Go to that and then click on the rope and then do use and then make the arrow go where the princess's door is, then you can stand and walk in the rope and then u can go inside. Also, you'll find something

this is how u move the windmill. u go inside the little house thingy under the mill, at the very top to where u can't reach it, there will be a little rope under it. pull it and then u go out, and the windmill turns!!!
