Bonuses:

SS 82 slash bonus and 60 Crush, 82 str bonus +2 prayer bonus

Whip + charged Dfs 82 slash bonus and 89 Str bonus, and a lot of Def bonus

For Str training there is no better Weapon than Ss, i have personally TESTED Dfs + D Scim, Gs's, Ss etc. and i have found that Ss is the Best Str training Weapon
