@WOLFGANGER666 casting lures are weighted. The Niger they are the heavier. Some are pretty heavy you can get it out their. 

Question, when ur using a lure do u also use a weight so as to cast out the lure because the lures them selves are to light to cast & if u do use a weight how far from the lure do u put it? i hope some one can answer my question as i would love to try lure fishing! thank...
