Why does it seem like [most] extremely talented people are also extremely troubled? I don't know the cause of his death, and I don't want anyone to misunderstand my comment. My point is, I wish that people like Jani and everyone else like him who have passed way too soon could somehow find a way to hold on... to realize just how important they are to so many people. You guys played a concert @ Redbird stadium in Louisville, ky.....opening for Kingdom come back in 1989 i think. It was the first rock concert i ever had the privilege to attend and.thank you so much!!!!!! It was so awesome and i cant say enough about it!!!!There wasnt a bra left on a set of tits in the whole stadium!Jani really knew how to work a crowd!I will always remember that first concert and will always smile when i hear your music! I had the pleasure of seeing Jani several times. One thing that struck me, was how he reached his audience with a "warmth" & "every man's rocker" kind of personality. I was saddened over the years to see his public bouts with booze. I identified with the man who shared a similar creative side-combined with a struggle to find a better way.
