L'idée d'évaluer avec plus de précision les bénéficiaires de subventions et autres dons, est innovante et je suis certain qu'elle impacterait fortement l'efficacité du secteur civil ! Mais vers 39:10, je ne suis pas d'accord quand il dit qu'il ne recommande personne à la Microfinance: "I don't recommand anyone in Microfinancing". Attention danger. I think lack of information shouldn't prevent donators to donate in a sector. Thanks for the initiative !

Probably the strongest display I've found on the web of both excellent (even if unforgiving of-self) analysis coupled to worthwhile human effort. Google (for presentation of this seminar on the web) and the founders and staff

of GiveWell who all had to have worked diligently to prepare their subject matter for this seminar are to be commended and applauded.
