@golfmaniac007.... Fuck yeah dude!!! I mean, I'm sure there are a few that do whats right but one cop stoped me for absolutely NO REASON n said I was going 45mph when I was going 25mph... I won tje case tho!! :D

Why should that even be an option? The man killed someone because he was drinking and driving. His termination should be automatic. That's one of the many problems with our legal system. If you wear the uniform, you're above the laws the rest of us have to adhere to.
@donniedarkodevotte "automatic" - you mean he shouldn't even get a fair trial before you pass sentence, just because he was a cop? why wouldn't a cop get the same rights everyone else gets?
So going by your way of thinking, if a school bus driver is drinking and plows into a group of kids, killing one and injuring several others, he or she should be allowed to keep their job until the court system finds them guilty. I guess you would be the first person to let your son or daughter back on the bus, too. "Go ahead, honey. It's ok. Your driver hasn't been proven guilty yet."
@donniedarkodevotte absolutely not - i would SUSPEND the bus driver, pending the outcome of his case, just as I think this cop should be suspended, pending the outcome of HIS case. i just think too many people are quick to rush to judgment - in my town last year, an officer was fired by the police chief over a shooting the chief thought was against policy....the cop was tried and ACQUITTED - the chief had to re-hire him. it was embarrassing for the chief and the city.
In what world do you live in that a cop should not be fired, in spite of tests showing he had been driving while over twice the legal limit? Especially when it resulted in the death of an innocent civilian? There's fair and there's just flat-out being ridiculous. My point, that I have been TRYING to make, is that if it were a driver working for a company, he would immediately be fired and in jail. The police should be no different. This is the last time I'm responding.
@donniedarkodevotte i live in a world where "innocent until proven guilty" actually means something. as i already pointed out, oftentimes things are not as they appear, and people like you who want to convict and condemn before there's even been a single court appearance scare the fuck out of me. we don't live in a police state, thankfully, and EVERYONE, including cops, deserve their day in court.

@womsterr most folks with other jobs aren't constantly and routinely harassed and threatened with bodily harm by those they arrest, or faced with lawsuits with false claims of brutality, threats to their family and children, etc. If this cop did what he was alleged to have done, he should get the same punishment as anyone else. @taylor5796 No we hate the police because they are not held accountable. This guy was let go - alcohol related charges dropped. F'n BS coverup from the blue wall of silence. GFY
@taylor5796 the only police i run into are too busy giving speeding tickets and looking for drug dealers, prostitutes, and maybe drunk drivers. big percentage of cops are not out there to protect and serve but to pick up the check and benefits with the job.
Its very possible to get into district without going to roll call. He was a k9 so he wasnt assigned a beat. He'd run the whole city. I was an officer on the West side of Indy for many years. This occurred on the E side. If you were running late you 'd contact your Sgt. and he'd let ya skip roll call. Was very sad. Felt bad for his family
Still hasnt gone to trial. They didnt realize he was drunk on the scene. The blood draw was gonna be thrown out because it was performed at a med check type facility and not at a hospital. He had to give a blood sample because he was involved in a fatality accident. This happened about 15 mins from my house. He's screwed. He's going to prison when it goes to trial. He was k-9 officer going to assist on a warrant. He was running lights and sirens to this non-emergency run. Clipped a motorcycle.
@ten8goa he did a might more than clip. Local LEO knows the policy for taking blood for a suspected DUI. They botched it on purpose as a coverup. The first charges were thrown out because of it. The DA was in with them. When he got voted out the new DA decided to try and do the right thing.
I was in law enforcement, I am outraged by this video, this is one thing that should have never happened, this should have been caught in the pre-patrol briefing, This is not only a failure of the officer, but his superiors that he saw and talked to before he even equipped his weapon. this is a failure on so many different levels. He should have been sent home with suspension before he even got near the point that he signed out the keys to the patrol car!
oh gee....its "unacceptable"? You mean its fucking outrageous, dont you cop spokeshole asshole?! Too many pigs do all sorts of illegal shit...they just get away with it because all their buddies hide shit for each other. You almost NEVER hear of a cop getting busted for anything....only when they kill someone. Even then Ill bet a lot of murders have been covered up...thousands over the years, Id bet. People live in their bubbles...they have no idea how fucking criminal and dishonorable cops are.
@mechiefslapahobitch@mechiefslapahobitch@mechiefslapahobitch WTF are you talking about??? dirty cops get arrested and go to jail ALL THE TIME....google it. Watch the news. The one advantage cops do get is that when fucking MORONS who didn't like the fact that they were arrested try to bring FALSE charges against an officer (talk about OUTRAGEOUS), which they often do, the union will step in to ensure a fair investigation. try not to cry dude, but it is what it is.
@debunker300 Youre soooo fucking wrong man. Ever hear of the "code of silence" ...."thin blue line".....youre talking out your ass. Cops are a gang...theyre just like any other gang...they have each others backs. But youre a weak minded schmuck with a "have to follow orders!" type of mindset. let me guess....youre ex military and you want to be a cop, right? Of course you are. Either that or you have a family member whos a cop. You're delusional. And gay.
@mechiefslapahobitch i'm well aware of the thin blue line and the code of silence, but clearly, that doesn't apply here, numbnuts. the cop was in a car that slammed into and killed someone. it can't be hidden, it can't be covered up, so your paranoid ranting doesn't work. he's gonna have to face the music...my only point was that terminating someone before hearing all the evidence is a rush to judgment, no matter WHO they are, you toothless fucking drooling retard.
There is a bar down the street from me, Tuesday night is cop night. Doing shots and putting down the beers for hours. They dont worry that the local cops sit in the parking lot and follow people as they pull out, cause there driving their assigned unmarked Crown Vics home with the lights in the windows and the M plates ( city owned cars). Bottoms up!
I am a cop and I would hook his ass up if he worked with me. No way I want a drunk SOB on the road with my family and motoring public. What a PIECE OF CRAP!
I hate how everyone thinks all police are corrupt. They're just as human as some of the other scumbags that walk the earth; not all of them are going to have perfect records.
I'd hate to be from Indy! This jack*** and then you have that amazon idiot on American Idol that was bragging about being a cop from Indy, all manly and what not!
thats bullshit, just fired, not sentenced to so many years in prison. If someone else did that, they'd be locked up for a lot time. take away officers immunity
I seem to recall that the police officer was fired, but the DUI felony charges have been dropped due to a technicality. As of Feb. 2012, this case has yet to come to trial. There is a lot of information online about this, the cop's name is Bisard.
@Mr13born79 No kidding. First of all, isnt a DUI considered a felony right off the bat and on duty which he is already endangering the public. Second, he killed two innocent people. Third, since he is a public servant, does that mean no prison time? I can imagine cops deal with lots of crap at times, but I would sue cause two lives were taken for no good reason.
@Mr13born79 gor charged with DUI murder which is 24 years in prison since he was a cop he got 5 more years for being on duty at the time. so he got 29 years
Isn't it awesome how he can drive drunk safely knowing nobody will pull him over in his cop car! I'm going to have to get a squad car for getting home after visiting the bars.
what the FUCK man police get away with murder all the time. Oh he'll get FIRED.. DERPTY DERP. Fucking dumbass, fuck that mayor. If he REALLY cared, he'd throw that bitch in jail and toss the key in a lake. But in REALITY he only cares what the CAMERA sees -- his empty words.
he should clearly lose in vehicular manslaughter charges and be doing some time and a inmate..Explaining to other inmates why he put them in the cell and thought he could do as he wanted..Its sad no matter what cause families children lost someone they cant get back..The state owes them everything..
Someone knew... Hello Mayor, they all know that their fellow cops violate law and abuse innocent citizens. If they go to the court all prosecutors support cops even if their lies do not make any sense and are contrary to the evidence. They even cover up for cops making up false allegations against innocent people. It is a shmaeful behavior, but it is present all over this country. The cops should be scrutinized like any other citizen, NO special treatment.
I bet his buddy cops knew about his drinking problem for years and covered it up. I bet he was pulled over more than once for DUI and let go by his buddies.
it was recommended that the officer be fired???? shouldn't that be automatic?? if i did this i would be in jail. this cop should be in jail with the other criminals.
Very surprising the idiot drunk cop murderer didn't come up with some bullshit reason why he plowed into some innocent riders........Oh, I was pursuing a suspect when these two motorcycles cut me off, I had no choice but to impact with motorcycles. Rot in a shithole you piece of crap worthless waste of oxygen!
This is very very Sad fellow Cops knew what was up with this officer and did nothing but let it go because thay get away with it all the time until something like this crash happends killing somone that can't get covered up. This Officer should have been fired long ago and put in Jail BEFORE somone got killed. Yeah A drunk Cop charges a person for a D U I that would make a great video.
@Olddog231 QUIT YOUR JOB YOUR PIECE OF SHIT,IS THAT WHAT YOU REALLY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS VIDEO ? ITS THE CITIZENS FAULT FOR THAT LAW BREAKING PIG TO GET LOADED AND PLOW INTO A COUPLE OF PARKED MOTORCYCLES . NO YOU ARE THE FOULMOUTH ASSHOLE WHO GETS PAID TO LIE . I HOPE YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE ROT IN HELL YOU DIRTY PIG
@Olddog231 And every cop is a truthful, kind, courteous being with the upmost respect for the law, right? Thats why people are tased or pepper sprayed to death, right? Or why y'all arrest peaceful protesters that aren't doing anything wrong?
Or why y'all think you can search a car or home without probable cause or a warrant?
@FtMSebastion 1. I've been tazed and peppered sprayed multiple times, I haven't died. 2. Protestors who disobey lawful orders to disperse are obstructing the law, they get dealt with. 3. The Carol Doctrine allows police to search your car without a warrant ( Look that up.) 4. Your home can be searched without a warrant if Exigent Circumstances exist (look that up too.) 5. While your /dying/ to know, we are /dying/ for you citizen.... Your welcome.
@Xposedmusic That Carol doctrine shit you mentioned doesn't mean a cop can pull anyone over, pull them out and search the whole car for no good reason. They still have to have a probably cause to believe drugs are in the car. Like visible seeing the person using drugs, smelling drugs, seeing paraphernalia. Your making it seem as anytime you get pulled over for even a traffic infraction they can search everything, BS.
@Jax904420 Im not making it seem like anything. Your right, about Carol, it requires PC. We can't search anything without PC, that's not being disputed.
@Xposedmusic I wasn't being hostile or anything. I just didn't want people confusing you statement as meaning cops can search whoever, whenever, just because they want to. It's all good.
@Xposedmusic So, just because you survived it, means everyone else does, right? Theres a video on here about a man who was sprayed ten times after he was detained, he was put in a chair, with a spit mask and then the officers decided to spray him, he died because of that. And people have been tased to death, the much electricity for enough time in one sitting will kill anyone.
@FtMSebastion I haven't seen the video, cant comment on it. Send the link. Your assumption that taser electricity kills people is incorrect. Look into something called "Excited Delirium." There are approximately 800,000 police officers & 300,000 tasers in the US. 515 taser deaths since 2001. More people die in 5 days worth of car crashes than 11 years of tasers.
@Xposedmusic On top of that, there is a police restraining hold, where the officer kneels on top of the person, bearing down on their chest with a high amount of weight, while pressing their face down while handcuffing them. I'm not sure when this hold should ever be needed. If the cop weighs enough, it can break ribs, even if they don't weigh all that much, it will still cut off air supply and make it hard to breath.
@FtMSebastion In academy, officers broke some bones, dislocated shoulders and got some broken noses. We were sprayed and tazed, and then beat up some more. We are tough on each other because the public is tougher. We know that the tactics we use on citizens hurt. If people complied, tactics wouldn't be necessary. But instead, people argue and fight. So they get hurt, and some die. You argue in court, not in the street.
@Xposedmusic So, the people that die are just collateral damage, right? Tell me, if we have so many issues here, why in all hell are we fighting a war in a country that doesn't even want or need us there? Why are there people stationed in other countries when we're unwanted there?
And we're supposed to comply if say, a cop is arresting someone for singing in public or when they're screaming at us because we ask for a warrant?
@Xposedmusic Many people have died because of that hold. /You/ should look that up.
On the protesters...I'm not talking about the anarchists, I'm talking about the /peaceful/ protesters that don't do anything wrong, abide by the laws and still get pepper sprayed and arrested, we're allowed freedom of speech as long as we don't use loud voices or megaphones, right? It's bullshit. Theres no rights in that.
@FtMSebastion your opinion of peaceful might differ from your local law makers. Read your states law book. Often times protestors occupy private property without permission or block public passages like streets and sidewalks. Just because you don't intend to break the law, doesn't mean you didn't actually break one. And again, if you think the law is wrong, challenge your law maker, not the law enforcer.
@Xposedmusic Furthermore, the constitution doesn't mean shit anymore apparently. The Carroll Doctrine is intrusive on the 4th amendment. Yes, a police officer is allowed to search a car if they have legitimate probable cause. That means if they can see...SEE the contraband. Not if they can smell it. Do you know how many videos I've seen where the cop asks to search the car because he can smell something? That is not probable cause. And you can't just saunter up and ask to-
@FtMSebastion Your wrong on this one too.. We are not required to see contraband. Plain smell is probable cause to search a vehicle. We ask because it's polite, not because it's required.
@Xposedmusic search either, because you must have probable cause or a warrant OR both to search a vehicle or home. And Exigent Circumstance still requires probable cause. No matter what, you will still need legitimate probable cause or a warrant.
They aren't dying for me. I don't ever leave my house, hell, up until a month ago, I couldn't leave my house, so what could I possibly be getting into that someone would die for me?
@Xposedmusic Besides, it'd be stupid to die for some insignificant waste of matter like me, I am a mere pimple on the unsightly ass that is America. -laughs-
I'm surprised this POS pig didn't get away with murder....They usually try and cover up for one of "their own" I guess in this case the evidence was just a little overwhelming for his buddies to try and get him off. I hope he rots in prison and gets celled up with a serial rapist.
@MrWillbarrel As would I, because he would probably treat a drunk driver like shit if he ever pulled one over. Speaking of which, I wonder if he did in fact pull someone over while he was drunk. Now that would be pretty fucked up.
in seattle a cop shot an elder down who was deaf in one ear. killed the man while he was walking away from him. after investigation the cop had to resign. cops don't get the punishments they deserve!n
@schukisfast Mehserle is a simple dumbass cop. BUT I dont think he INTENTIONALLY shot that saint Oscar Grant in front of camera toting public. It is legal for police to unholster their gun to control an unruly crowd [in which it is NOT the case]. He simply fuckedup, and he change his story by having mistaken the tazer as a service pistol [which I think is a lie].BTW Oscar's homie was also murdered in Hayward gas station froma drug deal gone bad..did it made it in the news?
@MrGhostphone im sure they will give him a PAID VACATION (suspended with pay) for this horrific act.....the police dept(s) in the usa need to stop hiring these homer simpson officers!
Wow, that is so stupid. He's supposed to be protecting the citizens and upholding the law. Now usually in police incidents I'll take the police officers side 9 times out of 10, but this is absolutely unacceptable.
@itisonlyaplant Above the law and a gang? Lets see he is getting 7 Felonies and getting arrested BY police and ofcourse fired. people like you make me sick
I bet he was given a year on probation too.

Clipped a motorcycle.
ten8goa 1 week ago

@debunker300 Youre soooo fucking wrong man. Ever hear of the "code of silence" ...."thin blue line".....youre talking out your ass. mechiefslapahobitch 2 days ago 2

If they go to the court all prosecutors support cops even if their lies do not make any sense and are contrary to the evidence.
Answer me that, officer. I'm /dying/ to know.
FtMSebastion 1 month ago
@FtMSebastion 1. I've been tazed and peppered sprayed multiple times, I haven't died. 2. Protestors who disobey lawful orders to disperse are obstructing the law, they get dealt with. 3. The Carol Doctrine allows police to search your car without a warrant ( Look that up.) 4. Your home can be searched without a warrant if Exigent Circumstances exist (look that up too.) 5. While your /dying/ to know, we are /dying/ for you citizen.... Your welcome.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic That Carol doctrine shit you mentioned doesn't mean a cop can pull anyone over, pull them out and search the whole car for no good reason. They still have to have a probably cause to believe drugs are in the car. Like visible seeing the person using drugs, smelling drugs, seeing paraphernalia. Your making it seem as anytime you get pulled over for even a traffic infraction they can search everything, BS.

@Jax904420 Im not making it seem like anything. Your right, about Carol, it requires PC. We can't search anything without PC, that's not being disputed.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic I wasn't being hostile or anything. I just didn't want people confusing you statement as meaning cops can search whoever, whenever, just because they want to. It's all good.
Jax904420 2 weeks ago
@Xposedmusic So, just because you survived it, means everyone else does, right? Theres a video on here about a man who was sprayed ten times after he was detained, he was put in a chair, with a spit mask and then the officers decided to spray him, he died because of that. And people have been tased to death, the much electricity for enough time in one sitting will kill anyone.
FtMSebastion 1 month ago
@FtMSebastion I haven't seen the video, cant comment on it. Send the link. Your assumption that taser electricity kills people is incorrect. Look into something called "Excited Delirium." There are approximately 800,000 police officers & 300,000 tasers in the US. 515 taser deaths since 2001. More people die in 5 days worth of car crashes than 11 years of tasers.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic On top of that, there is a police restraining hold, where the officer kneels on top of the person, bearing down on their chest with a high amount of weight, while pressing their face down while handcuffing them. I'm not sure when this hold should ever be needed. If the cop weighs enough, it can break ribs, even if they don't weigh all that much, it will still cut off air supply and make it hard to breath.
FtMSebastion 1 month ago
@FtMSebastion In academy, officers broke some bones, dislocated shoulders and got some broken noses. We were sprayed and tazed, and then beat up some more. We are tough on each other because the public is tougher. We know that the tactics we use on citizens hurt. If people complied, tactics wouldn't be necessary. But instead, people argue and fight. So they get hurt, and some die. You argue in court, not in the street.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic So, the people that die are just collateral damage, right? Tell me, if we have so many issues here, why in all hell are we fighting a war in a country that doesn't even want or need us there? Why are there people stationed in other countries when we're unwanted there?
And we're supposed to comply if say, a cop is arresting someone for singing in public or when they're screaming at us because we ask for a warrant?
FtMSebastion 1 month ago
@FtMSebastion Collateral damage? No. And yes you are supposed to comply. If you disagree, you challenge the law and the law maker, not the enforcer.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic Many people have died because of that hold. /You/ should look that up.
On the protesters...I'm not talking about the anarchists, I'm talking about the /peaceful/ protesters that don't do anything wrong, abide by the laws and still get pepper sprayed and arrested, we're allowed freedom of speech as long as we don't use loud voices or megaphones, right? It's bullshit. Theres no rights in that.
FtMSebastion 1 month ago
@FtMSebastion your opinion of peaceful might differ from your local law makers. Read your states law book. Often times protestors occupy private property without permission or block public passages like streets and sidewalks. Just because you don't intend to break the law, doesn't mean you didn't actually break one. And again, if you think the law is wrong, challenge your law maker, not the law enforcer.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic Furthermore, the constitution doesn't mean shit anymore apparently. The Carroll Doctrine is intrusive on the 4th amendment. Yes, a police officer is allowed to search a car if they have legitimate probable cause. That means if they can see...SEE the contraband. Not if they can smell it. Do you know how many videos I've seen where the cop asks to search the car because he can smell something? That is not probable cause. And you can't just saunter up and ask to-
FtMSebastion 1 month ago
@FtMSebastion Your wrong on this one too.. We are not required to see contraband. Plain smell is probable cause to search a vehicle. We ask because it's polite, not because it's required.
Xposedmusic 1 month ago
@Xposedmusic search either, because you must have probable cause or a warrant OR both to search a vehicle or home. And Exigent Circumstance still requires probable cause. No matter what, you will still need legitimate probable cause or a warrant.
They aren't dying for me. I don't ever leave my house, hell, up until a month ago, I couldn't leave my house, so what could I possibly be getting into that someone would die for me?
