  • I like that dude that said "I wouldn't be here if I didn't make it better"

  • I'm jealous. Been telling my brother for two years now that he can get me a Peterson's next time he feels like getting me something. I would be worse than a kid in a candy store, worse than a kid in Willy Wonka's bloody chocolate factory. :)

  • nice people there, that they let us have a look how these fantastic pipes are made. i will definitely buy one this year. thanks, dub!

  • Hey Dub: Love you and loved the video!! Could of done without the "F" bombs though mate. Bad reflection on you and Peterson's. Thanks again though, Cheers!!

  • That was cool. I might be getting one of their pipes soon.

  • Very interesting to see how the pipes are made. I will have to see if my local tobacconist has this brand. They look really nice.

  • @dbryantphotography I'd be surprised if your B&M doesn't have a few Peterson's on display. Great value for money, the main briar carving work these days is done in Italy and Spain, and the finishing they do in Dublin.

  • Such a great video and bringing us back behind doors of Peterson Factory. Awesome.

  • hi dub i was thinking if you knew a good tobacco supplier because i liked to open my own tobacco shop in mountain city tn thanks for the great video.

  • "No, but I have a a Dunhill; which is almost as good."

    LOL

  • Great video,I do not own a Peterson,but I will one day

  • @dubinthedam Absolutely brilliant video! Loved every minute. I am in love with Peterson pipes now. I have only two....that is just the beginning.

I also must say - love the Yankees cap you were wearing.

    Cheers!

  • Great video. I'm a huge Peterson fan and it's really cool to see the factory and how the pipes are made. Love the POY panelled billiard. Great shape, can't wait for it to hit the market. Can't wait for the Summertime and Special Reserve blends to hit the American market as well.

  • Lord, how I love my Petersons.

  • Awesome video Dub. I'm sure you had a great time in the factory. Thank you for sharing that with us.

  • I am jealous! I work a few minutes drive from the Pererson factory but have never had such a lucky opportunity to visit it. Thanks for the video.

  • Very, very cool. Thank you for the look inside the Peterson's factory. My two Peterson's (a Donegal Rocky and a Kapruf) are my two favorite pipes. Good to hear from you again too!

  • cool ending, and im really surprised they let you film all that stuff, the pipe industry is fun, and now I know where my two new petersons are from, thanks!

  • ty :)

  • Great Video! Thanks a lot.

    Cheers Jogi

  • Still waiting on instructions for ordering my dubinthedam pipe. Keep us posted!

    - Joel

  • Thanks for uploading this Pearce. I savoured this video as I smoked my beloved Peterson silver Spigot 408 (remember - the one you made me buy?!)

    Paul

  • great video right here. To think I've only discovered your channel a couple days ago and can't help but to love all your videos. I'm trying to start collecting myself but I still need to know about pipes.

  • Great video! Got to drive up to Dublin and visit them one day.

    Cheers,

    Alex

  • Great to see where my pipes were made Pearse. I must get over there someday.

You may already know this but Peter Heinrich's of Germany have just taken a large delivery of Pete's and are offering a 50% discount at the moment. A friend is on his way there next week and I have already put my order in for nice 150 with filter.

Thanks for the tour mate. Excellent as always.

    Dean

  • Fantastic! Thanks for uploading this!

  • Very cool makes one appreciate the craftmanshipm

  • Quite a treat. Thanks for putting this together and sharing! Would be a dangerous place for me to visit.

  • Thanks.Good video.

    Olle

  • Have to admire how it's all handwork despite it being a "factory" setting. Even if I didn't enjoy a pipe this would make me want to go buy a Peterson's I think. Need to find a way to get non pipe heads to check it out, to at least appreciate the beauty of the thing.

  • I was smoking my new Peterson as i watched this wonderful video! Thanks for sharing your tour with us.

  • Dub ..great to see u again my friend...I loved the tour ..thank you for doing it! on a side note.....the yankee hat has to go my friend...they are the EVIL empire to most of us baseball fans (who aren't in New York) You are an Irishman.....A Boston Redsox had would fit u nicely! cheers :)

  • Great video, man. I especially loved the ending.

  • Great tour...thanks for taking us!

  • Wow. Thanks soooo much for this. I have a Pete coming in the mail, and it's going to be so much more appreciated now. It's fun trying to keep up w/ this.

  • That was lovely! Thanks for sharing!

  • Great ad for Peterson. I was thinking of getting another Stanwell - but now I'm thinking (yet) another Peterson would suit me best.

  • I like how the irishness in your voice gets turned up tenfold amongst all those old dubliners :p

  • They look a nice bunch of people and that panel pipe looked great!

  • @JasSalyers regimental badge me thinks.....was asked by the regimental lodge, but decide not too.

  • Thanks for being our Peterson insider. You clearly had all the work editing the larger film file just for our pleasure. For that, I'm truly grateful.

Too many great things taking place at once so it's hard for me to focus on a single one - the old kid in a candy store sensation. Do enjoy the Summer Blend and your restored pipe!

A pleasure seeing you as always,

    Bruno

  • @DailyPuffer many thanks DP, glad you enjoyed it....Tom was a super host as well.

  • Absolutely wonderful!

  • @JasSalyers Boy that's a first, actually I was invited to join a Mason's lodge, but I declined.

  • Great vid! Whats the Summertime 2011 blend like? - Woody

  • @Woody182 Haven't smoked it yet, but guaranteed good quality aromatic as Pete's usually are. Blended by K+K in Germany.

  • Thanks Dub, great in site into the factory. Just order two more Pete's before watching the video.

  • Wonderful vid Dub. I could watch hours and hours of this. Thanks for putting it together for us.

    Cheers,

    - Mike

  • @rollerpodger Roller, sent it back to Peterson's, they may charge you a few bucks and it might take a while, but they'll do a top job...promise.

  • Damn, this is some great footage, Dub. Just amazing stuff.

  • @si1verfish .....thanks Lance, just doin my thing.

  • This is probably my favorite video so far this year on youtube. Thanks for taking us into this world. It truly is a brilliant vid.
