The Northern Pass / Hydro Québec High Voltage Direct Current Power Line project offers a means to significantly cripple New England’s energy diversity; it will increase our Nation's dependency on foreign power and devastate Northern NH’s economy, which is primarily tourism based. This Hydro Québec sponsored power line will export a supply of electricity from Canada into the US at a price (.02 per KH) that will eliminate any competition and any proposed New England based green energy projects.

I am so confused. Does the Long guy work for PSNH or Northern Pass or both? Is there a conflict if the transmission arrangement is being negotiated by the same person as a purchase power agreement for NH?
