@SuperBobdillon Anyone fights in a"pack" doofus. I have yet to see anyone attempt a fight at one-on-one. And when someone attempted, one of their "boys" or "people" would jump in. It is a pack mentality. And as a bouncer, you work in that "pack" because whatever problem there is, you want it dealt with immediately and out, not one-on-one. Plus, you have to stick together when there is 2-10 of you and 20-1000 of them. Sometimes more. I go home at the end of the night. Point blank.

After a few years they have a rep to defend, and some guys think they have to take on everybody that disrespects them. The guys who come to me and say they are crowd controllers and say they can talk down any situation, often don't have the balls for a fight when the shit does hit the fan. I can't help him with that. At any club, the head of security needs to control the asshole bouncers he hired. LOL

I blame that on the image people have of what a bouncer is supposed to be and do and that it is a simple job that any moron can do. So the employment pool gets pretty shallow. I've done the door 6 years now and not once have I tried to intimidate someone for no reason or treated anyone how I wouldn't want to be treated.
