Hmmm... I have a different problem with Service pack 2. It is says Viglance EXE not implemented or somthin. PLEASE HELP!

Hey you have to download the background and it will get the taskbar there are may vids out there i have made 1 but i found 1 much simpler search up make vista look like windows 7 and transparent bar

I`ve not the same problem but when i start ViGlance my icons in taskbar get invisible and i can`t restore any programm... WHY???!!
