  • Thank you for sharing what a great idea!!!

  • Quick tip: Don't rock your stamp back and forth

  • I use the same brand of ink and powder as you do, but I have a problem when using the powder. It doesn't just stick to the ink, it sticks to the paper and when I use the heat gun, it leaves little dots (when I use black powder) and then my image doesn't look clean :( Do you have this problem too? DO you have any advice on how to correct this?

  • Great Video, But you Forgot to rub Your Finger across the Distress embossed one after heat setting it, It pulls off the Release crystals and give it a more distressed look. Thanks for the Tips! I also Like to use Color Box Pigment ink (:

  • Thanks so much for the video! I just bought some embossing stuff for the first time - I was excited before, but now I'm really excited! :D I didn't realize the different types of effects you could get with the ink/powder combinations. Very cool! Thank you so much!

  • Those cards are adorable!

  • Hi I am getting interested in scrapbooking and the whole stamping thing, because its so cool!!! Also do you know what is the best brand that is cheap, but go for the stamping ink and embossing powder? Oh and do you know where is a good and reliable online store to get the supplies?!? Thankx for the video!!! I really don't know why I like your videos than the others, probably b/c there boring and yours interesting!!! XD

  • what would you say is the BEST pad to use to adhere the powder to? I've tried a few diff kinds but all the powders don't seem to stick very well.....or is it the powders that's the prob??

  • I love Color Box Pigment Ink to use with embossing powder as well as versa marker. It's a trial and error since everyone has thier favorites.

    I hope this helps.

  • hahaha i dont use a heat gun i use a mini blow -dryer

  • what size are those cards in that tin

  • The tin is an altoid tin. The cards are 3 1/2" by 2". Just simple little note cards :).

  • ok thank you i was gonna scrap life this idea that is why i asked... i am gonna try and do it sometime this week or weekend

  • do i have to use a heater or can i use a mini blow-dryer?

  • IF the mini blow dryer works for you I don't see a problem. I know that the actual heat gun works alittle fast becuase the power and heat is higher.
