I also remember Danny Bondaduce walking thru the crowd. People were laughing at him and he seemed to get uncomfortable and leave.

I was there, Gentle Giant opened, said "If you know us we're Gentle Giant, if you don't then we're Pink Floyd...". Gary Wright and his lame all keyboard band. Yes (who I went to see) without Rick Wakeman. Then Frampton who on his 3rd encore said "What do you want me to play?", he ran out of songs, so did Jumpin' Jack Flash. People were stomping so much they stopped the concerts asking them to stop for fear of the balconies collapsing.

My first concert....16 years old. Anaheim Stadium parking lot was a stench from the overnighters partying hard.

The line-up was Gentle Giant, Gary Wright, Peter Frampton, and Yes. The stadium levels were literally bouncing from fans stomping their feet. Kinda scary!!

It was so f*ckin hot that day,and the concert was so long. I did too many drugs and could not sleep for two days and finally fell asleep on Santa Monica Beach after some chicks came up an gave me some ol Grandad near Lifegaurd station 24. i got the worst sunburn in my life and looked like a stoned lobster for a week after. I 'm not sure , but weren't the Kinks and the Tubes there, too?
