If you need feathers you can always look on e-bay! They're mostly cheap, and 2-3 times a year they will moult all their feathers, so you can have them without killing the bird ^^

翼をクリッピングしてありますから飛ぶことは出来ないはずです。この飼い主さんはきちんとなさってると思いますが。

そうですね。私も少し心配しました。
クリップしていても、驚いたりパニくった時はチカラだけで飛んでしまうこともあると聞きます。
大型ならチカラも強いので、気をつけてくださいね^^
うちのコも必ずハーネスをつけます。が、ちょっと気になるみたい！？^^;
