Go find a box that possibly has lights on it and look at the box's underneath one thing will say the code on it and theres other codes on it too SO DONT MIX THEM UP.

they might have that mac address filter on there.... to get connected, they have to manually add your mac address onto the allow list, til then, it remains on the request list.
