Uh its actually healthier than a sandwich, most burgers for example (aside from the cheap dollar ones) are around 700-1000 calories, the double down is between 400-600 (grilled or breaded) and chicken is high in protein and low in fat. You morons really need to do your research on food before labelling this as a "heart attack" - It has less fat then 2 slices of pepporni pizza, or a big mac, or whopper.
