  • this is a fallacy. its not natural, your better off just drinking a cup of coffee 30 min before workout. It is natural for your body to get tired after 1 hour of exercising, but the whole point of exercising / training is to push your body to reach its maximum under strenuous conditions using mental fortitude as your fuel. Thats how you get results. This cheap shit is beyond repulsive, and its completely ineffective. only cheaters and suckers with no motivation would be convinced that this works
